My order never arrived or its missing parts?

 

If your order has not arrived or not all items have been delivered first check your orders status using this link. UroTuning.com/Status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

 

Returns / Exchanges

General Returns / Exchanges

 

UroTuning will accept returns for unused products within 60 days from the time that the order was placed.

If a product is returned within 60 days of the original purchase date you are eligible for a refund to the original payment method used.

After 60 days Non-stocked items will only be accepted at the discretion of UroTuning. Any returns accepted by UroTuning outside the 60 day return policy time frame will only be issued a UroTuning store credit.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and fees unless otherwise stated. The original shipping fees are non-refundable (items shipped with FREE shipping will still be subject to actual shipping charges being non-refundable).

All new or unused products must be new, unused and must be in the original boxes, including labeling, hardware, etc. If new or unused returns are received damaged at UroTuning, we will notify you and you will be responsible for filing a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for poor packing by the shipper or any damage caused by the shipping courier.

Returns on all items are subject to a restocking fee of 20% (some product(s) are shipped direct from our suppliers, in these cases your return may be subject to an additional restocking fee assessed by our supplier).

Before any product is returned an RMA must be issued prior to returning ANY product.

NO returns on Tools, Electrical, Installed, Clearance or Special order products.

Wheel Returns

 

Off the shelf, cast, or non-custom wheels can only be returned as long as they are still in new and unused condition. Wheels must not have any signs of installation such as scratches, scuff marks, dings or have had tires mounted to them; if tires have been mounted NO RETURNS are allowed.

Please be aware that all returned items are subject to a 20% (or higher dependent upon the manufacturer) restocking fee, and the shipping is non-refundable (items shipped with FREE shipping will still be subject to actual shipping charges being non-refundable). Customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Please make sure to package the product well, so there is no damage in transit. We also recommend that insurance be added to the package as well. If there is damage in transit during the return, the customer will be liable and refund will not be issued. If the wheels cannot be sold as NEW or have had tires installed, wheels will be returned back to the customer.

If a wheel is believed to be out-of-round, untrue, casted incorrectly, or any other defect that may affect installation of a tire or driving capabilities once installed on a vehicle, a professional shop diagnosis must be provided to demonstrate the claimed issue.

The wheels must be returned in the original packaging just as you received them and each wheel must be clearly labeled within each photo. This expedites the returns process as it allows us to correlate each wheel between all photos. We will need photos of all wheels ordered prior to sending them back to confirm they have not been installed or damaged in any way, even if the wheels have not been opened yet. We cannot start or process any return without photos first.

The above policy only applies to cast wheels. All custom wheels are non-returnable and all sales on custom wheels are final. Custom wheel parameters can include but are not limited to, custom color, diameter, width, bolt pattern, offset, center bore, or hardware. Some blank drilled cast wheels are subject to the manufacturers discretion on a case-by-case basis in regards to returns.

UroTuning and any wheel manufacturer reserve the right to refuse or accept a return on any wheels sold as determined on a case-by-case basis.

Core Returns

 

Certain kinds of products can be recycled or, more specifically, remanufactured for future sale. These parts have a core price that is used as a form of deposit on the portion of the part that can be remanufactured and that is designed to encourage return of the old part. The "core," simply put, is your old part. Returning cores can save you money on replacement parts.

Parts that may have a core price can include but are not limited to brake shoes, brake master cylinders, water pumps, starters, alternators and air conditioning compressors.

Cores must be returned within 30 days and all core returns should be "Like for Like", or cores of equal value. Returning an incomplete and/or damage core, or a core different from the model/part/SKU number of the product(s) requested in exchange may result in deductions from the core deposit. Some cores that are severely damaged, not the correct model/part/SKU number, have major parts missing, may be rejected and returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

UroTuning and the original product manufacturer reserve the right to refuse a core at any time, with no express reason given. The core will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.

Refunds

 

Approved refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, however, refunds to international payment methods may take longer. If your refund hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, please contact your bank directly and ask about pending refunds on your account.

Please note: When a refund request is approved within 24 hours of the purchase, the original transaction is cancelled and the charge drops off your bank statement. In this case, you will not see a credit on your account. This process can take up to 10 business days – wait time for international payment methods may vary.

 

Fitment / Warranty / Pricing

Application / Fitment Issues

 

If you need to return a product that does not fit your vehicle and you feel that there is an error in our listing, please contact Customer Service to initiate a claim. We will investigate the issue and will make any corrections that are needed. If we find an error on our website or on behalf of a UroTuning Representative we will provide a shipping label for your return and arrange proper shipment of the correct product(s). All products must be new, unused and must be in the original boxes, including labeling, hardware, etc. Customers are responsible for checking the product description for applications prior to ordering any product(s) to verify that the products you have selected are appropriate for your vehicle. Product(s) ordered that are listed correctly on our website but ordered in error will require shipping be paid by the customer, and will be subject to a restocking fee.

 

Product Warranty

 

The standard warranty policy is for 1 year from the delivery date unless otherwise stated. UroTuning will only warranty manufacturer related defects NOT related to installer error, modification, improper use or vehicle failure.

All warranty claims will be resolved at the discretion of UroTuning. UroTuning should be notified first of all claims in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

There are two options for warranty claims that are within 30 days of delivery:

  1. Customer pays 100% for New replacement product(s) to be shipped. Customer then ships back the warranty product(s) to UroTuning OR our supplier. Once product(s) are received and inspected a full refund will be issued for the full product(s) cost, shipping not included.

  2. Customer ships the product(s) back to UroTuning OR our supplier for inspection. Upon warranty verification new or repaired product(s) will be shipped to the customer. If the failed product has already been replaced with a new product from another source UroTuning will issue a store credit for the warrantied product upon receipt.

For warranty claims after 30 days from delivery the customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the product back to UroTuning OR our supplier. Warranty product(s) must be shipped to UroTuning OR our supplier within 14‐ days of return approval.

Some manufacturers require a proper shop diagnosis / paperwork with a description of the problem/defect in order to be submitted for warranty review. All products must be returned in the original packaging, including labeling, paperwork, hardware, etc.

Warranties are non-transferable, and only apply to the original purchaser of the products(s). UroTuning will only replace or repair warranty products at our discretion. Refunds are not provided for any warranty transaction.

All products returned for warranty inspection are subject to testing and in some cases may require that the products are sent to the manufacturer for inspection. UroTuning does not guarantee that any products will be warrantied until this process is complete. In some cases warranties will be denied and UroTuning must return the product(s) at the expense of the customer.

UroTuning is not responsible for any damages that may have occurred by using the products that we sell. UroTuning does not pay for consequential, incidental and contingent damages or costs incurred of any kind, including the cost incurred directly or indirectly in relation to products sold by UroTuning including labor or product coverage. This includes but is also not limited to duties, taxes, and brokerage fees for foreign shipments. UroTuning will only replace the defective product that was originally purchased from UroTuning, once it has been verified that this product is faulty and we have confirmed that the product is within its warranty period. Products that may have been damaged or lost as a result of a faulty product or improper use will not be replaced by UroTuning under any circumstances. UroTuning will only ship replacement products to the original address that the product(s) was shipped to. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning any product(s) for warranty inspection or repair. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Lighting Warranty Details

All warranty claims will be resolved at the discretion of UroTuning. UroTuning reserves the right to make an attempt to repair the issue prior to offering a replacement. UroTuning should be directly notified of all claims in order to resolve the issue as soon as possible. Items damaged during shipping to the customer from UroTuning must be reported within 3 Business Days of delivery. Be sure to thoroughly inspect all items as soon as they are delivered. Any damage reported after 3 business days will NOT be eligible for warranty or shipping damage claims.

Lighting Warranty is based on singular sides. UroTuning will not replace/credit for headlights in pairs unless both sides are determined to be defective. For example, if only the left hand side headlamp is defective, only claim for the one side. If both sides are sent back and nothing is found to be defective of the other side, we will return it to you in the condition it was received. We will not replace a perfectly working side.

Returns damaged in transit / different condition than claimed in RMA. If returns are received in poor shipping condition or suffering from more damage than in the original RMA claim, we will notify you and you can claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for poor packing by the shipper or any damage caused by the shipping courier.

To initiate a claim, follow the following steps. When returning the product, please only return the defective side/unit. UroTuning will not replace or credit functioning units returned or claimed.

1) Email support@UroTuning.com with the following information:

a. UroTuning Order Number and purchase date
b. Describe the issue
c. Product part number
d. Pictures of defect
 

2) Once the complete information above is obtained, an RMA number will be emailed to you. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to UroTuning OR our supplier within 14‐ days of RMA issued date.

3) Once the defective piece is received, UroTuning OR our supplier will inspect and notify you of the required turnaround time. UroTuning OR our supplier will perform one of the following steps at their discretion:

a. Attempt to repair the issue.
b. Provide a previously repaired replacement.
c. Provide a new replacement for the defective piece.
 

4) Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

The above policy is our warranty for all Headlights and Taillights sold on UroTuning.com.

 

Pricing or Typographical Errors

 

While UroTuning strives to provide accurate product and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. UroTuning cannot confirm the price of an item until after your order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, UroTuning shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is incorrectly priced, UroTuning may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

**Oversized and 40 lbs+ products are excluded from this offer unless otherwise noted. Most direct ship products and certain other products may also be excluded from the free shipping offer. If the Eligible image above is not listed on the product page that product is excluded from free shipping and a shipping charge will apply.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Please be aware that 3-day, 2-day and next day air shipping does NOT include the weekends. For example an order with 2-day air shipping that ships out on a Friday will be delivered on Tuesday.

DIRECT SHIP ITEMS: In order to keep costs down and provide parts at competitive prices, many items are shipped directly from our supplier. In these cases we cannot guarantee stock on these items until the order is placed. We will notify you if an item is not available to ship immediately.

INSPECT PARTS UPON ARRIVAL: While we strive to ensure accuracy of all orders that are shipped in extremely rare occasions boxes are mislabeled and/or wrong parts are shipped. Once you have received your order be sure to CHECK the parts for accuracy prior to starting your installation!

INSURANCE FOR LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES: Shipping prices do not include insurance. If you'd like to add insurance to your order, please select the Route insurance option prior to check out, or email us prior to placing your order. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any lost, late or damaged items and UroTuning must have a claim completed with the carrier before you can be refunded or before a replacement can be shipped. If your claim is denied, you will be responsible for placing a new order.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING CUTOFF: Please be aware that orders are subject to a short processing time before shipping out. All orders for products that are labeled in stock that are received after 3pm EST will be processed and shipped on the following business day. For more information on stock status and estimated shipping times, view the "Stocking Status Descriptions" tab.

UroTuning strives to ship "In-Stock" orders within one business day of receiving the order. Shipping times may vary depending on the contents of your order. UroTuning will only ship an order once it is 100% in stock. UroTuning does not ship partial orders unless requested by the customer, at which time additional shipping charges may apply. If you need your order by a specific date, it is important to contact us by phone so that we may assist you. All dates provided are based on estimates given by the supplier. UroTuning does not guarantee ship dates as delivery times are subject to change. Free shipping items only apply for customers shipping within the contiguous US (48 states).

All shipping times are based on our Monday through Friday business hours. Orders will not be shipped from our facility on Saturday or Sunday. Shipping Charges are non-refundable.

Inventory Stocking Descriptions:


Item is in stock at UroTuning or the Manufacturer and is capable of being shipped out typically within one business day of the order being placed. Our regular work day shipping cutoff is 3pm EST. For items in stock at UroTuning - if your order is received after 3pm EST, your order will ship out the next business day. For items in stock at the Manufacturer - your order is subject to their processing and lead times will vary.


Also known as "Drop Ship", item comes directly from our supplier, shipping times will vary.


Ships in (# of days) - These items tend to have a longer lead time due to a variety of circumstances. Customers will be made aware of any unexpected delays after the order is placed. Customers can reach out prior to ordering to try to receive a more accurate estimated time to ship.

 
Item is made to order only after an order is confirmed. Items marked as made to order can sometimes have long extended lead times, and items come directly from the manufacturer.


Item is no longer available for purchase. Also known as "NLA" and "No Longer Available".


Also known as "Out of Stock", item is currently on backorder with our supplier and we do not have an estimated time of restocking to provide.


Item is on pre-order and not yet released. Item is sold as a pre-sale and will be fulfilled once the item becomes available to ship. This will vary product-by-product.

APO/Military Shipping

 

UroTuning will ship to all APO addresses. Most small items under 30 lbs in weight that meet our free shipping criteria will ship for Free to a military APO address via USPS. However, any order over 30 lbs will not be eligible for free shipping to an APO address.

 

International Orders

 

Our store will automatically detect your country based on your IP address. If you are using a VPN to digitally relocate yourself, our store will not correctly display the information on our checkout page for you and you may require extra assistance on your order. Once you have added parts to your shopping Cart, click the Proceed to Checkout button. You will be automatically transferred to our international checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as an option to prepay duties and taxes for your shipment if applicable. All prices are listed in USD and will be charged to your credit card bank in US funds. Your bank will convert the USD to your currency for the purchase.

Upon completion of your order, we will ship your order as soon as possible. In some cases parts may need to be ordered in to our store to be shipped and could take delay shipment temporarily. All tracking details will be sent as soon as orders are shipped.

Please be advised that your country may impose duty fees, or other taxes based on the product origin and/or value. These fees and taxes are based on your country's import policy, and may be imposed in addition to the purchase price and shipping/handling fees collected by us prior to shipment. All such fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the recipient and any and all charges incurred by UroTuning will be charged to the customer. UroTuning is not responsible for such fees/taxes on returned items. If you are concerned about possible additional charges, please contact your local Import/Customs authority for more information. All charges, sales, returns, and exchanges will be calculated in US dollars. UroTuning is not responsible for fluctuations in currency value.

International customers are responsible for understanding their country's international buying laws, and should be aware that all international purchases are subject to additional brokerage, duty or tax fees that are collected at the time of delivery unless otherwise noted by UroTuning. UroTuning is not responsible for these charges as we have no affiliation with tax systems set forth by international countries. If the consignee/receiver refuses to pay these additional charges at the time of delivery, UroTuning will instruct the shipping carrier to abandon the package. Abandoned packages are destroyed at the shipping warehouse at your local pick up facility. UroTuning will not be held responsible for any abandoned packages due to these circumstances. Abandoned packages are not eligible for refunds.

UroTuning has no control over the weight or value of an item, and as such cannot and will not adjust these in an effort to avoid international customs and duties fees, or any other unexpected metric which may affect international shipping in any manner.

 

Freight Shipping

 

All items shipped via Freight must be inspected prior to signing for your package. Upon signing for your freight delivery, you are confirming that there are no reportable issues with your product(s) and that you are confirming your receival. Claims generated following a signed freight delivery will not be heard by manufacturers or couriers. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of UroTuning.

 

Shipping Insurance

 

Shipping insurance on UroTuning is provided by Route.com a third party application that adds additional protection to your shipment.

Route is a third-party application, that allows customers to buy shipping insurance for all orders. Route ensures protection of customers shipment in case of lost, stolen, or damaged claims.

In order to apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you are given the option to add the insurance during check out. If you apply for Route's Shipping Insurance, you will receive an email with instructions of how to file a claim if necessary. You can also proceed to file a claim here.

 

Damaged/Missing Items in Shipment

 

Missing products or products damaged during shipping to the customer from UroTuning must be reported within 10 days of delivery. Be sure to thoroughly inspect all items as soon as they are delivered. Any damage reported after 10 days will NOT be eligible for warranty or shipping damage claims. Be sure to keep any and all packing material with the box as it will be needed to properly conduct a shipping claim with the shipping courier. Please be sure to cooperate with the investigation and any questions that the carrier may have during this time.

Replacement products(s) will re-ship as soon as we are informed of an accepted claim by the shipping courier.

  • UPS - Claims must be filed within nine months after Delivery of the Package or, in case of failure to make Delivery, within nine months after the date of scheduled Delivery. Most claims are resolved within 10 business days, but exceptions are possible if additional time for research is needed.
  • USPS - If your item arrives damaged or is missing contents, you may file a claim immediately but must file no later than 60 days after the mailing date. Most claims are resolved in 7 to 10 business days, but exceptions are possible if additional time for research is needed.
  • FedEx - You must file your claim for damaged or missing contents no later than 60 calendar days from the shipment date for U.S. packages and 21 calendar days from the shipment date for international packages. Claims for undelivered or lost shipments must be filed within nine months of the shipment date. Most claims will be resolved in 5 to 7 business days after receiving your request, but exceptions are possible if additional time for research is needed.
     

Important note for items shipping via Freight
All items shipped via Freight must be inspected prior to signing for your package. Upon signing for your freight delivery, you are confirming that there are no reportable issues with your product(s) and that you are confirming your receival. Claims generated following a signed freight delivery will not be heard by manufacturers or couriers. Please note that this is the policy of the shipper and not of UroTuning.

If replacement product(s) are needed prior to claim approval, all re-ship product(s) must be paid for up front. Once the claim is approved we will refund the full amount back to your original payment method for the re-ship.

If you do not receive your package or think that it has been stolen and the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered you must notify us within 10 days of the marked delivery date so that we can initiate a lost package tracer with the shipping carrier. Replacement products(s) will re-ship as soon as we are informed of an accepted claim by the shipping courier.

Refused Packages

 

A customer may refuse the delivery of a package when it's delivered. In case of refusal, the package is sent back to the sender of the package. Package refusal will only be valid if the receiver of the package doesn't sign the receipt of delivery.

In refused package cases, customers are responsible for shipping both ways. In most cases no restocking fee will be charged, and a refund will be issued less the amount for shipping costs.

 

Reward Points

Do I need an account to earn points?

 

No, you do not need an account to earn. But you do need an account to redeem.
 
Our system keeps track of reward points no matter if you are logged in to an account or not. So if you visit our rewards page all you need to do is create the account using the email address you have placed orders with and you will be able to redeem those points.
