EMD Auto, formally known as Emmanuele Design, is based out of Anaheim, California and is an automotive facility specializing in high quality performance upgrades for European vehicles.

EMD Auto's focus on performance suspension components lead to the development of the eMMOTION suspension line, featuring premium quality US made components tailored for daily driven vehicles. Every product from EMD Auto is designed and tested in-house using CAD, 3D printing and CNC milling to ensure perfect fit and performance.

Each spring set is 100% made in the USA exclusively for EMD. The springs are made of high tensile chrome silicon and each unit is shot peened, pre-set and 100% tested to ensure all the critical dimensions and rate/loads are within tolerance.

The use of high tensile chrome silicon, as opposed to typical commercial grade chrome silicon, allows for a lighter spring that can sustain repeated deflection without deformation.

For those looking for the next step in improved handling, EMD has you covered on high quality Sway Bars! Designed around a package with an EMD lowering spring kit, a sway bar upgrade will reduce body roll to create a more neutral steering balance.

This sway bar upgrade is specifically designed to function with the OEM front sway bar, getting rid of the factory under-steer while allowing enough compliance for a comfortable ride and predictable suspension behavior.

Designed entirely in house, everything from the rotor rings down to the bolts is unique to EMD Auto specifications. The rotor rings are cast in the USA and machined to unique specifications to perfectly match the OEM rotor in diameter and thickness. Each rotor ring is stress relieved to prevent cracks and warpage.

Each 5/16" bolt (total of 10 per rotor) is rated to a temperature of 1200 F, with 160,000+ psi tensile strength and 95,000+ psi shear strength, to ensure reliable performance in motorsport conditions. Rotors are assembled in-house to ensure proper tolerances and torque spec.
