All SuperPro Suspension Bushings, Sway Bars and Suspension Arms are covered by a Global Lifetime Warranty

SuperPro offers a robust lifetime warranty on its products, ensuring that any SuperPro product that fails will be replaced free of charge, without exception. This warranty reflects SuperPro's complete confidence in the materials, design, and manufacturing of its products, which extends to off-road, track, and competitive motorsport use.

Warranty Claims
For retail customers who purchased a SuperPro product, warranty claims must be initiated through the business where the product was purchased. If the product was purchased directly from SuperPro, the company will fulfill the warranty claim directly.

Eligibility for Warranty Claims
To qualify for a warranty claim:

  1. The claimant must be the original purchaser, with proof of purchase (digital or printed invoice) from an authorized SuperPro reseller.
  2. The part must have been supplied for the specific application listed in the SuperPro catalog.
  3. The part must have been purchased from an authorized SuperPro dealer or directly from SuperPro.

What the Warranty Covers

  • SuperPro’s warranty covers all manufacturer defects.
  • There are no limitations on the product’s use; SuperPro products are covered for on-road, off-road, track, and competitive motorsport applications.
  • The warranty is limited to replacing the originally supplied SuperPro component.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The following are not covered under SuperPro’s lifetime warranty:

  • Ball joints, tie rod ends, Duroballs, and links, which are covered under a separate 3-year/36,000-mile warranty.
  • Installation damage or errors: Proper installation is critical to the function, performance, and service life of the product.
  • Accident or impact damage: While SuperPro products are built for durability, severe impact forces may cause damage not covered under the warranty.
  • Surface finish and corrosion: Surface degradation, including corrosion from prolonged exposure to elements, road salt, or debris, is not covered.
  • Premature wear due to improper alignment: Failure to align the vehicle after installation, where recommended, may result in premature wear.

Warranty Limitations

  • SuperPro’s warranty covers replacement products only. Refunds or reimbursements for installation, alignment, or related expenses are not provided.
  • Shipping costs for replacement items are the customer’s responsibility.
  • SuperPro reserves the right to replace a product with a superseded version when applicable.

Submitting a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, customers must provide:

  1. Proof of purchase (original invoice).
  2. Evidence of the manufacturer’s defect, such as photos or videos. In some cases, SuperPro may require the return of the product for inspection.
  3. A preferred shipping address, if it differs from the proof of purchase address.

Warranty claims should be submitted to US-Support@zedercorp.com, which is monitored by staff dedicated to processing claims efficiently.

Additional Notes
SuperPro emphasizes the importance of maintaining surrounding suspension components in good condition to ensure the longevity of its products. When replacing a warranty component, customers should:

  • Inspect shackle pins, fixed pins, and spring eyes for corrosion and pitting.
  • Check other OEM suspension bushings for movement, cracking, or wear.
  • Ensure shock absorbers and struts are in good working condition.

While these conditions do not void the warranty, addressing them will maximize the performance and lifespan of SuperPro products.
