This warranty guarantees that Velt Sport products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the life of the product.
Coverage:
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and failures in materials or workmanship.
What Is Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized modifications is not covered under this warranty.
- Normal wear and tear, such as fading, scuffing, or weathering over time.
- Damage caused by accidents, negligence, or abuse, including improper vehicle operation.
- Any alterations or repairs made by unauthorized third parties.
Warranty Process:
- The original purchaser must contact Support@urotuning.com with their order number and photos of the defects or issues.
- Our team will assess the claim, and if the defect is covered under this warranty, we will repair or replace the item at no charge. The replacement product will be shipped back to the customer at no additional cost.
Limitations:
This warranty is valid for products installed and used under normal driving conditions. Velt Sport products installed in vehicles used for racing, off-roading, or any form of motorsport are not covered by this warranty.
Final Terms:
UroTuning reserves the right to inspect the defective product and determine whether the claim meets the warranty conditions. We also reserve the right to improve or update product designs without being obligated to replace past products under this warranty with new or improved designs.
