PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Featuring a heavy-duty forged steel body with an additional 20mm of adjustment length over the factory tie rod ends, the 034Motorsport Extended Tie Rod End Kit for Audi or Volkswagen PQ35, MQB, and MQB Evo allows you to run Dynamic+ RCO Ball Joints and RCO Control Arms together safely and benefit from the added camber and caster gains! Manufactured utilizing a heavy-duty forged steel body, the Extended Tie Rod End Kit is perfect for both track and street driving. 

Due to the amount of negative camber achieved with both Dynamic+ RCO Ball Joints and Control Arms installed, the OE tie rod ends run out of threads for safe engagement with the OE inner tie rod and will not allow for proper installation.

With an extra 20mm of adjustment length on the 034Motorsport Extended Tie Rod End Kit, the Dynamic+ RCO Ball Joints and Control Arms can both be installed together safely, allowing for further handling performance thanks to the added camber and caster. The Extended Tie Rod Kit was tested extensively and developed on 034Motorsport’s MK7 GTI, 8V A3, and MK7.5 Golf Alltrack.

FITMENT NOTES:

Extended Tie Rods are recommended if running Dynamic+ RCO Ball Joints or Dynamic+ RCO Control Arms with no other camber adder. Extended Tie Rods are required if utilizing both Dynamic+ RCO Ball Joints and Dynamic+ RCO Control Arms without the use of a camber mount such as the Dynamic+ Camber & Camster Mount or other adjustable camber mounts. Extended Tie Rods should not be utilized on vehicles without Dynamic+ RCO Ball Joints or Dynamic+ RCO Control Arms installed as they will not allow for a proper alignment (Ex: They should not be installed if your only camber adder is the Dynamic+ Camber & Camster Mount or other adjustable camber mounts).

ADJUSTMENT RANGES:

*NOTE: Adjustment ranges collected on 034Motorsport MK7 GTI running 034Motorsport Lowering Springs. All customers should verify thread engagement for tie rods depending on their setups/subframe misalignment. The minimum thread engagement is 10 threads (not including the jamb nut). *

All ranges are relative to the subframe alignment. We would recommend the following Subframe Locking Collar Upgrade Kits:
