034Motorsport's 3.0 TFSI (Simos 16) Performance Software was developed entirely in-house on a 2016 Audi A6 3.0 TFSI. The calibrations were then refined on multiple enthusiast-owned vehicles before release.
Simos 16 Compatibility:
This software is for use on Simos 16 equipped vehicles and will not work on vehicles equipped with the factory locked supercharger with a slip-on supercharger pulley (CAKA Engine Code). We advise customers, especially RoW, that if you are unsure of your engine code, please inspect your supercharger pulley. If your upper supercharger pulley is attached with 4 bolts, this software will work for you. If you have a slip-on supercharger pulley, this software will not work for you.

***All octane ratings are in US standard AKI (RON+MON). Some ROW countries such as the UK use a RON octane rating that differs from US Octane ratings. Please email tuning@034motorsport.com to ensure you are running the correct octane file for your area. Running the incorrect octane file for your fuel can result in irreversible damage.
DYNAMIC+ ECU FEATURES
THERMAL MANAGEMENT SAFETY STRATEGIES:
With increased power, comes increased heat. With increased heat, comes the need for additional management. For charge air temperature, 034Motorsport has implemented key safety features to keep your engine running optimally and safely in virtually any condition - just like the OEM calibration. Substantial effort was spent on balancing the trade off of charge temp for power, and improving the compressor efficiency so that it doesn't generate too much charge temp.
Charge Air Temp: When the charge temp exceeds 75*C there is a reduction in power output to limit the charge temp from going higher. This charge temp limitation is there to prevent knock events, which can severely damage a motor. With these safety measures in place, you can confidently drive your car, from the top of Pikes Peak to Death Valley, knowing the factory ECU has optimal performance and safety covered.
Coolant Temp/Fan Strategy: From the factory, Audi likes to run hotter water temps to reduce fluid friction losses from cooler, more viscous oil. While better for efficiency, this strategy becomes a safety issue when loads and heat are increased. 034Motorsport calibrators have rescaled the coolant temperature targets and fan control strategies to target lower coolant temperatures when in higher heat conditions, allowing the car to run within a safe heat range rescaled for the added heat that comes from tuning the engine. Once again, this means that 034Motorsport calibrators have kept your confidence in safety fully intact from the OEM configuration.
FUEL SYSTEM OPTIMIZATION:
While E85 provides substantial increases in power, it requires about 30% more fuel than standard pump gasoline per ignition cycle. Utilizing a variety of fuel stratified injection strategies, 034Motorsport calibrators have further optimized the factory fueling system to be able to adequately support full E85 on factory hardware for Stage 1 & 2.
START/STOP BUTTON MEMORY:
The Dynamic+ Tuning allows CREC 3.0T owners to flash an optional file that disables the Start/Stop engine functionality. If you do not want the Start/Stop system to run, simply flash the file labeled "+ No Start/Stop." If you would like it to stay active with OEM functionality, select a file without "+ No Start/Stop."
FREE REVVING IN NEUTRAL AND PARK:
The lower stationary rev-limiter is now removed while in Neutral and Park. Impress friends and annoy those around you with limitless ease!

3.0 TFSI (CREC) Stage 1:
034Motorsport Stage 1 Performance Software for the C7.5 Audi A6/A7 3.0 TFSI is engineered to safely increase horsepower and torque with no hardware modifications required. 034Motorsport's proprietary calibrations increase boost by controlling the supercharger bypass, while optimizing timing and fueling maps in the Simos 16 ECU to extract additional power from the 3.0 TFSI engine.
In addition to power improvements, 034Motorsport's engineers spent a significant amount of time refining the throttle mapping in both Dynamic and Comfort modes to provide improved throttle response and allow for more precise throttle modulation, for further control of the vehicle when driving on track.
034Motorsport 3.0 TFSI CREC Performance Software is flashed via the factory OBD-II port, and does not require any physical modification of the factory ECU. Stage 1 is available in 91 Octane, 93 Octane, 100 Octane, and E85 Octane files. ALL FILES ARE US (MON+RON) RATING, ROW OCTANE RATINGS MAY DIFFER.
3.0 TFSI (CREC) Stage 2:
034Motorsport Stage 2 Performance Software for the C7.5 Audi A6/A7 3.0 TFSI is engineered to further increase horsepower and torque output over Stage 1 levels with the addition of a 179mm or 190mm Crankshaft Supercharger Pulley Upgrade. The 179mm or 190mm Crankshaft Supercharger Pulley Upgrade allows for increased boost pressure from the factory Eaton TVS1320 Supercharger throughout the powerband, while 034Motorsport's proprietary calibrations safely yield additional power from the 3.0 TFSI engine. With high supercharger pulley ratios, the factory CAS (Clutch Acuated Supercharger) system can fail prematurely. By removing the factory clutch and upgrading to the 034Motorsport CREC Supercharger Clutch Delete, owners are able to experience reliable and consistent power, without worry of the factory supercharger clutch slipping.
