First time I attempted to swap cup holders I got stuck on the last step, hand brake was in the way of removing the console.
2nd time around I did some more reading and found you can maneuver and squeeze under the hand brake to get to the underneath screws that hold the cup holder.
Overall, cleaned up my cars interior nicely. I slide it closed whenever I leave the car and it gives that nice less is more look.
