Glowshift's 50mm Water Sender Hose Attachment was made for anyone looking to install a temperature sensor to monitor their car or truck’s engine coolant temperature. We created this larger adapter size because many newer gas and diesel trucks are equipped with larger motors and need more cooling due to having larger lines. This water temp sensor adapter is designed for compatibility with a radiator hose that has an inside diameter of 50mm (1-15/16”). It also simplifies the installation process by allowing you to easily install your temperature sensor without the need of making any major modifications to your vehicle. Simply cut the upper radiator hose, slide in the attachment, seal it with the (2) included hose clamps, and thread in the sensor. The clamps will firmly tighten to the radiator hose, ensuring that the water sensor adapter has a leak-free seal. Each temperature sensor hose adapter is also made from aluminum and features a 1/8-27 NPT fitting for your compatible sender.
