Fits perfectly over any factory Fuba style antenna with 5mm threaded base. This will NOT replace any Factory OEM shark fin. Part is only OEM style.
Includes built in copper coil and wire connection to prevent radio signal loss!

The paint on the fin looks good but the fin is to big and doesn't look right on the roof of the car. I didn't Install mines so I'm going to try and sell. Actually what's your return policy or exchange policy I'm just going to put a stubby antenna on.

Great product, on the mk4s the roof has slight curve so its not seamless but little silicone fixes it (Its very small gap 1 maybe 2 playing cards)

Mounted onto a mk4 Jetta, doesn't sit exactly perfect on the roof, there's nearly a 1/4" gap at the rear. I'll be putting silicone to fill the gap when it's not winter.

I'm just starting to make some cosmetic upgrades to my MkIV Jetta and picked up with shark fin antenna. It showed upon time from Florida (despite hurricanes even) and it looks great. Unfortunately the back of a Jetta is a bit rounded, and the flat bottom side of this fin doesn't quite make contact all the way around, and the 3M tape isn't thick enough to make up the difference. It looks like I'm going to end up having to border it with a bit of silicone to seal it off from water. I'll try to submit a few photos once I have it all finished up.
