This Kit contains everything you need including the ATF fluid to professionally service your 722.9  A89 Code automatic transmission on your Mercedes.

In order to prevent damage to the transmission and its control unit, we advise changing gearbox oil and replacing the filter set at regular intervals.

Depending on the vehicle, this is within a period of five to six years or 60,000 to 120,000 kilometres mileage.

By changing the oil, cleaning or rinsing the control unit and replacing the hydraulic filter, the performance of the transmission can be significantly improved: Gear changing is noticeably quieter, faster and smoother.
