We are excited to announce our BMW B58 Gen1 hybrid turbo designed to deliver maximum performance while maintaining OEM fitment and reliability. Built for enthusiasts looking to extract more power from their B58, this hybrid turbo provides increased airflow and efficiency for higher horsepower and torque gains, supporting  700whp+ with the proper supporting modifications.

With an billet compressor wheel (62/82mm) and high-flow turbine wheel (62/68mm), this turbo offers improved spool characteristics over other hybrid turbos, and greater efficiency at any boost levels. The larger wheels allow for increased air volume and enhanced exhaust flow, making this an ideal upgrade for those running higher boost pressures, ethanol blends, and custom tuning.

To ensure a seamless installation, we have included our high-flow turbo inlet pipe, which connects the turbo to the intake system, optimizing airflow and overall performance.

Simply remove your factory turbocharger, transfer the wastegate actuator and re-install. We provide the hardware and a modified heatshield to make the actuator installation very simple.

Wastegate actuator must be calibrated via ISTA+ to ensure proper operation.

Required Installation Components (Not Included):

To ensure a proper installation, we recommend purchasing the following OEM replacement components from your favourite BMW dealer:

  • Exhaust manifold gasket set – 1x (11657643149)
  • Exhaust manifold copper nuts – 7x (11658670587)
  • Downpipe gasket – 1x (18328612538)
  • Oil supply pipe O-ring – 2x (11427590576)
  • Oil drain pipe O-ring – 2x (11427590577)
  • Coolant pipe O-ring – 3x (11537590575)
  • Recommended: 3-4 replacement exhaust studs (11127647711) – these often come out when removing the factory turbocharger

NOTE: Always follow the proper procedure for checking/adjusting the wastegate actuator when installing the turbo!

Installation must be performed by a qualified technician. Always pre-fill and prime the turbocharger with oil, replace engine oil and filter, follow proper break-in procedures.

Installation hardware or gaskets (use same install kit as the factory turbo), wastegate actuator are not included.
