This Kit includes 3 liters of LiquiMoly High-Performance (GL-4+) 75W-90 Gear Oil

It is recommended that manual transmission fluid be changed every 30,000 to 60,000 miles. 

Full synthetic transmission oil. Ensures exact friction behavior and
provides outstanding aging resistance. Exceeds the tough test
requirements demanded by well known manufacturers. Even under the most
difficult conditions and during large temperature fluctuations, it
ensures flawless aggregate functioning. Greatest lubrication security,
