Mk2 Audi TT & Mk6 GTI models may have either 32mm or 30mm axles please be sure your Part #'s match before ordering. The 32mm rear wheel bearing can be found here.
If you hear a metal scraping humming sound when swaying to the left or right more then likely you have a bad wheel bearing. Whatever direction you are turning when the noise happens it is likely the wheel bearing opposite the side you are turning. Now weather it is the front or rear that is a little harder to diagnose. The best way to see what wheel bearing it is would be to lift the wheel off the ground then hold it at 12 and 6 o'clock and wiggle it back and forth. It should have very little to no play. You will know which one is bad by the amount of play it has. Also highly recommended is to replace both sides at the same time. Because when one side goes out the other will not be to far behind. This Kit includes all parts you will need to replace both sides of your rear wheel bearings.
