I’m still waiting for the parts, show is delivered but still missing I pay for the insurance but they send me to the police to get a police report for theft and ibuold them the I don’t have time because I work far and return late and trying the online ad is not working because is a different city so I lost my money…. And the giant don’t care

We are very sorry to hear that you have not received this package. Looking at the order Route insurance was purchased on your order. All claims MUST go through Route as they will reimburse you for the order or replace the order for you. They do require a police report to start the claim for a stolen package. Unfortunately, there isn't anything we can do as we are not the insurance company.

The Timing Belt Kit arrived on time and contained all the parts necessary to fix the problem with the Jetta. And the plus...a very reasonable cost!

Was actually surprised to receive the aluminum water pump instead of plastic but was definitely grateful for it. Great kit everything fit and worked as needed
