NOTE: E85 calibrations are not flex fuel calibrations by default, therefore, when using an E85 ECU calibration, the engine is only designed to operate on E85 blends from E60-E85.
Using an E85 calibration with pump gasoline or race gas may result in engine damage.
Unitronic strongly recommends the use of UniFLEX or an Ethanol Content Analyzer, to ensure Ethanol content levels are within the permissible range. When switching between gasoline to ethanol, please use Unitronic’s fuel conversion guide here.
Unitronic Stage 1 TCU Performance Software is required to achieve advertised power figures.
Performance Software for your ECU Box Code is subject to availability.
Unitronic FLEX fuel enabled ECU Performance Software Calibrations are available for this platform allowing for seamless transitions between 100% gasoline to 85% ethanol and anything in between, without requiring an ECU reflash. This FLEX enabled Software is available for an additional fee and it covers all lower stages up until your highest purchased stage as well. UniFLEX Hardware is required in order to take advantage of these FLEX enabled calibrations. Please contact Unitronic or your local Authorized Dealer to learn more.
