High quality replacement for the crappy OE plastic. I didn't notice any burring or deformities in the aluminum shaping. Be careful when installing new hoses to ensure no leaks, as the hoses might fit differently over the smaller aluminum flanges and may be cracked from excessive heat/overheating. Circled in green in the picture.

I bought these after my sons car left him on the side of the interstate because the old plastic part broke. why these were ever made from plastic is beyond me. the metal replacements should last forever
