Velt Sport Ultimate Repair Kit will have your loose shifter feeling like you just drove the car off the lot! This kit has everything you need to rebuild your Mk3 shifter. Includes two orange bushings to replace both of the selector rod bushings.

Velt Sport Ultimate Shifter Repair Kit w/Short Shifter | MK3 2.0L
It was everything as advertised and fit well. It was a tight fit on the machined piece of aluminum so I had to file an edge a little bit but my shifts are shorter and much more solid thanks to the new bushings and links.
