The turbine wheel, made from a Mar-M alloy rated for 1050°C, ensures the system can operate under extreme conditions without compromising reliability.
The kit includes an upgrade to APR Stage 3 software from a lower stage, designed to achieve the specified power levels with only the intake and intercooler system. There is no need for additional, costly, or emissions-impacting exhaust systems, fueling modifications, or sensors at this power level.

The software is available in both high and low torque configurations to respect transmission limits when additional upgrades, such as their Stage 3 TCU upgrade, are not feasible. In designing this upgrade, APR meticulously adhered to Garrett's prescribed specifications for turbocharger reliability, including exhaust gas temperature and turbocharger shaft speed limits. Additionally, the software is calibrated to operate within the limits of factory sensors and fueling hardware, delivering a dependable driving experience.
APR's calibration experts have also integrated additional safety and protection protocols into the ECU to guard against LSPI, knock, turbo shaft speed, exhaust gas temperature, turbo discharge temperature, exhaust back pressure, and fuel system limits. This kit includes an upgrade to the APR Stage 3 ECU/TCU for free. If you're not already tuned with an APR ECU/TCU Upgrade you'll need to purchase a lower stage ECU, and TCU.
